Permanent artwork
National Magazine House, Soho, London, UK
Modus Operandi
Due for completion 2020
Jyll Bradley has won a competition to create a major artwork across two facades of a soon to be renovated building in Soho. The work is inspired by Soho pub culture and will take the form of a unique trellis based on heritage hop growing patterns. This will be designed to interact with a growing ‘green’ wall. The synergy between green wall and artwork will be one of the first of its kind in the UK. The project is in early stages of design development and subject to planning permission.
Note: Drawing of hop pattern shown is indicative only.
